I asked a guy I really like out on a date, and he said yes!  However, he also made sure to let me know that he sees me as a friend, not as a potential girlfriend.  I admired his honesty, and how he was honest while still being kind, but mostly I am happy because my feelings of self worth did not deminish due to his response.  I am at peace, and very excited for this up-comming date, because I know Heavenly Father loves me!
